Handing in Monday 1st March 10am - 12.30pm at 12 Trinity Street(Nearest car park Vineyard St)

You may submit two works.

Pictures must be safely and securely framed with no dangerous projections.

Clip-on frames are not acceptable.

Pictures must be tight strung with a back label and hanging label visible from the front.

Remember to bring:

Hanging fee: £1 per work for members and £5 per work for non-members.

Selection

Will take place at 12.30pm Monday 1st March.

On this occasion because the room is so small there will be no room for observers of the selection process.

Unselected and unsold work

Rejected work must be picked up on the afternoon of 1st March from the 12 Trinity Street from 3 until 5.30 pm. Please make arrangements with a friend if you cannot do this yourself.

At our last hand in and selection for the library, several people did not collect thier work and committee members had to lug the work through town and find storage. If this happens again this year a charge will be made for handling and storage.

Any works not collected will have to be removed by us and will incur a £10 charge
