CAS at 80: Delivery and collection details

Artists must deliver their works to Firstsite on this day. Please make sure you have labelled the back, or underneath if 3D, with your name and title. Please also indicate which way up the work should be displayed.

Your work needs to have Springlock fittings attached when you deliver it. You can buy the fittings from Amazon by clicking here.

Attaching the fittings

The fittings need to be screwed to the reverse of the frame half way up the vertical sides. They need to be fitted no more than 8mm from the edge of the work, so that the locking piece can be inserted. 

Once secured push in the locking piece so Firstsite has it when hanging the work. This should push in from the outside edge.

By entering this exhibition, you are granting permission to Colchester Art Society and Firstsite to reproduce your work and share submitted images for promotional purposes.
