Surrounded by generations of artists, art teachers, designers, and makers, I grew up immersed in creativity. My work is heavily influenced by a lifelong connection to water, which often flows through my work, inspiring the layered movement, fluidity and textures found in my colourful abstract paintings.
I am a tactile painter and I instinctively layer colours to build depth, sculpting the paint into richly textured compositions that shift with light and perspective.
After years of commissioned work and a decade-long break, I have returned to my first love of canvas painting. I Work in my garden studio in Colchester with my loyal dog by my side.
