My artworks are mostly landscapes of the Blackwater estuary and Northey Island. Northey is cut off by the tide and surrounded by salt marshes, mudflats, shingle beaches and reed beds – which give it a unique and unspoilt atmosphere. I have grown to love this landscape - its timelessness, natural beauty and the ever changing colours of the sea and sky.
